How it works

The Delta Method

In maths, delta means change. Ours is a simple three-step process for making that change measurable.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

A free 20-minute session to find exactly where understanding breaks down, not just which grades slipped.

  2. 02

    Design

A personal learning plan with clear goals, matched to school curriculum, upcoming tests and pace.

  3. 03

    Develop

Weekly one-on-one sessions, short practice between lessons and progress notes shared with parents.

We spend 20 minutes on a short diagnostic and a conversation about goals. You leave with a clear picture of where to start, whether or not you continue.

After each session a short summary is shared covering what was covered and what to practise. Monthly plan families also get a progress report.
